March of Dimes Canada - Home and Vehicle Modification Program
The Home & Vehicle Modification® Program provides funding for basic home and/or vehicle modifications, and is intended to assist permanent Ontario residents with a substantial impairment expected to last one year or more, with their disability management. By reducing or eliminating life safety risks, these modifications enable children and adults with mobility restrictions to:

City of Toronto - Toronto Renovates Homeowners Program
The Toronto Renovates Homeowners Program offers federal/provincial funding for lower-income seniors and persons with disabilities who own a home in the City of Toronto and wish to make health or safety repairs or accessibility modifications to their homes.
York Region - Home Repair Program
The Home Repair Program offers grants of up to $7,500 per year, with a lifetime maximum of $15,000, to homeowners with low and moderate income who need modifications to make their homes accessible or critical repairs to improve the safety of their homes.
